This was a very spontaneous piece of work inspired by some very loud music!
I made wide swiping movements to build up texture, using different colours across the cradled board, and then worked in oil bars.
The overall piece has a circular movement to it and the colours sit proud of the base layer.
The sides of the cradled board are painted black.
