I absolutely love textures.
For this piece, I selected a variety of different papers, foil and meshed fabric.
I proceeded to tear them, crunch them. pull them and weave them, and finally covered them with several layers of resin.
What started with a selection of rough and irregular 3D materials is now fully encapsulated under a smooth glass-like surface, sides included, as you can see in the photos.
